Invite access terms

Podhog gives you early access to podcast search for investors. By redeeming an invite code you agree to the following.

  1. Personal use. Your invite is for you, the person it was issued to. Don't share your code or your login, and don't let others use your access.
  2. No redistribution or bulk export. Use Podhog to read, search and research. Don't republish, resell or redistribute what you find, and don't scrape, crawl or bulk-download results, transcripts or any other content, by hand or with a script.
  3. Quotes. You may quote up to 40 words from a transcript snippet, with attribution: the show name, the episode, and a link to the original episode. Podhog shows snippets and links, not full transcripts. The podcasts belong to their creators.
  4. As-is, not investment advice. Podhog is provided as-is, with no warranty. Transcripts and search results can contain errors or miss things. Nothing in Podhog is investment, legal or financial advice. Check the source before you rely on it, and you decide what to do with it.
  5. We can revoke access at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without a reason, for example if these terms are broken. You can stop using Podhog at any time.
  6. What we log. For each invite code we log the code ID, usage counts and response times (latency). We never log the text of your searches. We use this to run and improve the service and to spot misuse. If you have questions or want your access removed, write to [email protected].
  7. Changes. This is an early-access program and the terms may change. If they change materially, we will ask you to accept the new version.
